This hotel exceeded my expectations! the staff was incredibly kind and professional, accommodating all my needs. the room was comfortable and luxurious, with exclusive amenities such as a well-prepped kitchen and complementary welcome snacks and drinks at the lobby. the air conditioning made my stay even more pleasant. the security in place is great, making me feel safe throughout my visit. Not to mention, the location is very convenient.

The only minor issue I had was finding urine stains on the toilet bowl upon arrival. But the staff promptly solved the problem, changing my room with an upgrade.

The location of these apartments is very convenient, as they are near to the city center and within walking distance to many places of interest. there are Halal restaurants in the Immnermann area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that has all necessary amenities. The bathroom has a water spray and good water pressure in the shower. The staff is friendly and the lobby offers complementary snacks and drinks.

There were urine stains on the toilet bowl upon my arrival to the bathroom.

The blackout curtains were excellent and the air conditioning could be adjusted to our liking. The kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary amenities and even had a light remote control. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, and the towels provided were soft and fluffy. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion smelled amazing. The bed was heavenly, firm yet comfortable, with soft and fluffy sheets. The hotel location was great, and the staff was kind and helpful.

We did have a couple of minor issues. The doorbell was quite loud, and there were instances when neighbors would ring each other's doors for an extended period, seem like it was coming from our room.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in the Immnermann area. The location couldn't have been better - it was within walking distance to both the train station and the city center. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, from the well-equipped kitchen in the room to the fantastic air conditioning system. The parking on-site was also very convenient.
